Saved. Now what?
A free discipleship resource built to help every believer move beyond the moment of salvation into a life of following Jesus.
Why this exists
After Salvation was designed for those who ask the question, "I'm saved, now what?"
I began focusing on this question after an older mentor challenged me to consider what happens after salvation. To be honest, it bothered me. Like many young pastors, I assumed that listening to my preaching would be enough to help believers grow to their full potential.
The real calling
The reality, however, is that as believers we are called to build disciples. Jesus never said, "Go out and make converts." He said, "Make disciples." If we fail to create intentional avenues for discipleship alongside biblical teaching, we risk watching countless believers barely scratch the surface of knowing Jesus, while neglecting the mission He has called us to fulfill.
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
The barrier we're removing
Sadly, many pastors, staff, and mature believers truly want to help others grow, but barriers such as a lack of time or know-how often get in the way. After Salvation exists to partner with churches, church leaders, and believers to remove these barriers and provide practical strategies to help everyone grow in their faith.
The vision
After Salvation aims to help people reach their full potential in Christ and is one way to move the needle of discipleship by offering a practical tool for Christians all over the world, free of charge. This project is the result of teamwork, wisdom, and input from many people, and I am deeply thankful for those who have supported me along this journey.
My prayer is that God would use this resource to break down barriers for both new and maturing believers and equip the saints to go make disciples.
Only through Him,
Roger
