We are all called to make disciples, not just pastors or ministry leaders (1 Peter 2:9). This is an easy way to walk alongside a new or maturing believer through 25 days of Scripture and 5 weeks of honest conversation. The journey is theirs. Your calling is to be prepared and willing.
Three things to do
Discipleship is simpler than it looks. Read with them. Ask the right questions. Stay consistent.
Read it
Read each day yourself so you know the main ideas, and so you can lead the conversation with your own stories or the points you want to make. You can't lead someone somewhere you have not been.

Be consistent
Accountability is the key for any new or maturing believer. Lead them, check on them, and don't disappear between meetings.
